I agree with most of what you got - except I've got ARZ over StL for the NFC West - not sure how far the Rams can go without SJ... also, I think the Lions will be much improved, but Dallas has got an easy schedule facing the last placed team in the other divisions, so they'll get a edge there.
finally, don't think the Jets will be able to beat B-More unless Sanchez becomes an elite QB... even then, it's iffy at best...
